We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to handle daily cash transactions, payments, receipts, and related financial records while ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.

Requirements

• Handle daily cash and card transactions accurately.
• Receive payments from customers and issue receipts.
• Maintain accurate records of all cash transactions.
• Prepare daily cash reports and reconcile cash balances.
• Handle petty cash and maintain supporting documents.
• Verify invoices, receipts, and payment documents.
• Ensure proper cash handling and security procedures are followed.
• Deposit cash and cheques into the company bank account as required.
• Assist the Finance/Accounts team with basic accounting and administrative tasks.
• Report any cash discrepancies or irregularities to the Finance Manager.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Finance team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Cashier or in a similar finance-related role.
• Experience with POS systems and accounting/ERP software is preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
