PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

(Common to All Roles)

• Gain practical exposure to different functions and business areas based on organizational needs and individual capabilities.

• Learn and apply relevant tools, systems, processes, and methodologies related to the assigned role.

• Support day-to-day activities, projects, and initiatives across various functions, including Operations, Commercial, HSE, IT, Marketing, Logistics, Engineering, and Data Analytics, HR..etc

• Assist with data collection, analysis, reporting, documentation, and process improvement activities.

• Support the evaluation and implementation of tools, technologies, processes, and business solutions that can improve Starlinks operations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support business initiatives as required.

• Participate in projects that provide exposure to different functions and potential career opportunities within the organization.

• Document and present project findings, results, recommendations, and best practices to relevant teams and leadership.

• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to take on responsibilities across different roles based on business requirements, skills, interests, and performance.

SKILLS NEEDED

• Open to all academic backgrounds; currently enrolled in or recently graduated from any relevant undergraduate or postgraduate program.

• Strong interest in exploring opportunities across different technical, operational, commercial, and business functions.

• Hands-on experience with role-specific tools, software, systems, or analytical platforms is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to different responsibilities, and work effectively in a cross-functional environment.

• Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and contribute to business improvement

Requirements

Open to all academic backgrounds and fields; candidates holding a High School Diploma, Diploma, bachelor’s degree, or currently enrolled in an undergraduate/postgraduate program are eligible to apply.

Arabic language is mandatory; English language is preferred.

Strong interest in exploring opportunities across different technical, operational, commercial, and business functions.

Hands-on experience with role-specific tools, software, systems, or analytical platforms is an advantage.
