About the team
The LIVE Service Provider Team is responsible for MENA-wide creator visual upgrade programs, working with local service providers to deliver standardised live setups. Core focus: lighting, composition, background quality improvement, equipment delivery, on-site setup, quality control, and creator training.
We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.
Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.
Candidates may apply to a maximum of two positions across Our Company and its affiliates globally. Applications will be considered in the order they are submitted.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to apply early. Please clearly state your availability in your resume, including your start and end dates.
Responsibilities

Enforce standardised visual quality criteria (lighting, composition, background); conduct pre- and post-upgrade quality audits. Resolve on-site issues and collect creator feedback for continuous improvement.
- Quality Control & Compliance: Audit service provider-delivered setups against the official scoring rubric. Review before/after samples; flag non-compliant cases and drive corrections. Ensure consistent quality execution across all service providers.
- Data Tracking & Performance Analysis: Track key metrics: upgrade volume, completion rate, pass rate, and visual improvement score. Maintain weekly dashboards and performance reports. Analyse bottlenecks and propose process optimisations for service providers.
- Creator Education & Training Support: Develop and update technical guidance (lighting, camera, background setup). Support service provider-led creator training sessions. Create simple tutorial materials for creators.
