Roles and Responsibilities You Take Ownership. You Deliver With Precision. A minimum of 5 years of Managerial Experience in a Luxury Hotel environment in the UAE. Previous experience in Forbes or Leading Quality Assurance (LQA)-Rated properties will be Advantageous, demonstrating a Strong Commitment to Luxury Service Standards. A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensuring every aspect of the Operation is curated to perfection. An Enthusiastic Energy and Impeccable Organisation Skills to handle the responsibilities of the role. Strong understanding of Industry Regulations. 'FIVE-Styled’ Visionary thinking by finding creative solutions, while taking Ownership for all duties and tasks assigned. Remarkable Time Management and Multi-Tasking skills to deliver a ‘FIVE-Star’ Experience for our Guests, even under pressure. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on the requirements of the Hotel. A professional, Insta-Worthy Appearance, always adhering to FIVE’s Grooming Standards and maintaining a polished, ‘FIVE-Styled’ demeanour. A Hands-on Attitude, fuelled by a ‘Can-Do!’ Spirit. Upholds FIVE’s Standard Operating Policies, ensuring exquisite Service Levels for every Guest. Achieves and Maintains the highest standards of Cleanliness, Maintenance, and Safety, creating a ‘FIVE-Star’ ambiance throughout the hotel. Serves as a Liaison for external contractors, Auditing their Services regularly to ensure they meet FIVE's Industry-Leading Standards. Displays exceptional Organisational Skills, a Career-Oriented Mindset, and a Result-Oriented Approach, remaining Flexible with hours and assignments and operating at a Next-Level Capacity. Expertly prepares the Annual Linen Budget based on Quantity Inventory. Fosters close collaboration with all Departments and the Leadership Team, contributing to the Smooth Housekeeping Operations of our FIVE Tribe. Maximises Profitability by adeptly managing Expenses, Labour, and other Material Resources, embracing an uncompromisingly efficient yet premium approach. Demonstrates Health and Safety Consciousness, actively engaging in maintaining a safe work environment and understanding and implementing Fire and Safety Procedures. Cultivates high Morale within the team through Recognition and the Removal of Identified Barriers.
