تعلن Middle East College عن شاغر عضو هيئة تدريس في قسم الهندسة المدنية والميكانيكية. يشترط الحصول على درجة الماجستير في الهندسة المدنية أو الميكانيكية، وخبرة تدريسية لا تقل عن سنتين في مؤسسة معترف بها للتعليم العالي. تشمل المهام التدريس، وإعداد المناهج والمواد والتقييمات، وتوظيف التقنيات التعليمية، إلى جانب المسؤوليات الأكاديمية والإدارية؛ كما تتطلب الوظيفة تخصصات هندسية ذات صلة وإتقان تحليل العناصر المحدودة وتحليل الإجهاد وبرامج المحاكاة أو التصنيع. العقد محدد المدة والراتب من 1,000 إلى 1,200 ريال عماني، مع تفضيل المرشحين العمانيين وغير العمانيين.

Qualifications
Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering
- Civil Engineering: Specialisation in Structural Design, Structural Analysis, or Hydraulics.
- Mechanical Engineering: Specialisation in Structural Design and Renewable Energy, with knowledge of both Mechanical and Renewable Energy Engineering.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience in a recognised higher education institution.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching using engaging and student-centred approaches
- Develop curriculum, teaching materials, assessments, and learning resources
- Apply innovative teaching methods and educational technologies
- Demonstrate proficiency in Finite Element Analysis (FEA), stress analysis, and relevant simulation or manufacturing software.
- Undertake other academic and administrative duties as assigned.
Preferred
- Industry experience and/or experience in curriculum development, laboratory setup, academic quality assurance, or academic audit processes.
Salary: 1,000–1,200 OMR
