تعلن Middle East College عن حاجتها إلى عضو هيئة تدريس في قسم الحوسبة والهندسة الإلكترونية. تشمل المهام التدريس، وتطوير المناهج والمواد والتقييمات، والإشراف على مشاريع الطلبة، والمساهمة في مبادرات الجودة الأكاديمية وخدمة المجتمع. يشترط الحصول على الدكتوراه في مجال ذي صلة وخبرة تدريس لا تقل عن سنتين في مؤسسة معترف بها للتعليم العالي، وتُفضّل الخبرة في تدريس طلبة الدراسات العليا. العقد محدد المدة، والراتب المذكور بين 1,000 و1,200 ريال عُماني، مع تفضيل المرشحين غير العُمانيين.

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Networks, Cyber Security, Computer Engineering, Programming, Artificial Intelligence (AI), or related fields.
- Expertise in Structural Design will be an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience in a recognised higher education institution.
- Prior experience teaching postgraduate (PG) students is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching using engaging and student-centred approaches.
- Develop curriculum, teaching materials, assessments, and learning resources.
- Lead module planning, delivery, assessment, moderation, and continuous improvement.
- Apply innovative teaching methods, including Flipped Learning, and educational technologies.
- Assess student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Supervise student projects and foster creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Participate in industry engagement, community outreach, and academic quality initiatives.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal, written, organisational, and interpersonal skills, with strong teamwork and time management abilities.
Salary: 1000-1200 OMR
