الملخص
تقدم هيئة أبوظبي للمحاسبة برنامج النخبة، وهو برنامج تدريبي للخريجين يمتد لعام واحد ويجمع بين التدريب النظري والعملي لإعدادهم لسوق العمل. يستهدف البرنامج المواطنين الإماراتيين من الرجال والنساء الحاصلين على درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير، ممن تخرجوا خلال السنوات الثلاث الماضية. يشترط ألا يتجاوز عمر المتقدم 30 عاماً، وألا تزيد خبرته على ثلاث سنوات، مع إجادة العربية والإنجليزية وإتمام الخدمة الوطنية.

Al Nokhba Program
This program is to empower and qualify Emarti Fresh Graduates in all fields and provide them with the necessary knowledge, skills and capabilities in line with international standards and expertise.
This program is designed for 1 year period to prepare the young emarti to the work field. In addition, the program include different types of theoretical and practical training.
Criteria:
- Nationality: United Arab Emirates
- Gender: Male and Female
- Qualification: Bachelor or Master Degree
- Year of Graduation: within the last 3 years
- Experience: Without previous experience or with maximum of 3 years
- Age: Less than 30 years
- Language: Fluent in Arabic and English (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
- National Service: Completed
