Job Summary

Responsible for Issuing policies, processing endorsements, uploading to Najm, supporting clients, and ensuring highest quality standards, and effectively contribute to clients’ satisfaction level.

Job Responsibilities

1. Processes assigned New and Renewal Policies for motor, General and Marine products, from checking the documents sent by sales, communication with sales, checking ELM, validation and correction of data before issuing, upload to NAJM, other kind of amendments, printing documents, issuing invoices and send it directly to the clients.
2. Perform day-to-day operational tasks and ensure achieving departmental goals and KPIs and SLAs.
3. Processes all assigned endorsements for motor and non-motor from additions, deletions, updates, printing documents, and other kind of amendments, transactions and confirm the status.
4. Back-office operations for all out- Systems (ELM, TAMEENI, Auto lease)
5. Handles the Broker portal channel.
6. Implements activity to address any areas for improvement.
7. Maintains the efficiency of requests as per SAMA regulations.
8. Accounts Handling for Mega Clients.
9. Works with internal department to solve related operational issues.
10. Digitizes operation processes and improvement in system.
11. Handles quality checks for all operation processes.
12. Handles all audits Task and assignments.

Requirements

Educational Background and Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in office management, Business Administration, Engineering, or Insurance.
• IFCE Certificate (Preferred).

Experience:

• 0 to 2 years of experience in the field of Quality, Operations, Insurance, or Banking.
