Provide technical support to end users by maintaining IT systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the efficient operation of hardware, software, and network infrastructure across the organization.
- Provide technical support to end users and resolve IT-related issues.

Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Support or a similar role.
- Knowledge of operating systems, computer hardware, software applications, Microsoft Office, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, customer service, teamwork, and time management skills.
- CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or equivalent certifications are preferred.
