Role Summary

Support the development team in building and maintaining web applications by assisting in frontend development, backend services, and system integrations. Participate in structured learning and hands-on projects as part of the Graduate Development Program (GDP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing responsive frontend components using modern frameworks

• Support backend development tasks such as API creation and database integration

• Participate in debugging, testing, and troubleshooting issues

• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code under supervision

• Support system enhancements and feature implementations

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and senior developers

• Participate in code reviews and technical knowledge sessions

• Contribute to internal technical documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field

• GPA: 4.5/5 or 3.5/4.

• Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

• Basic understanding of backend concepts (APIs, databases, server-side logic)

• Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#)

• Understanding of Git or version control basics

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Eagerness to learn, grow, and work in a collaborative environment

• Passion for technology and SaaS solutions
