Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, high-quality Physics lessons to Key Stage 3 and IGCSE students.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials aligned with the curriculum.
- Monitor, track, and support student progress and academic achievement.
- Maintain a safe, structured, and stimulating classroom and laboratory environment.
- Shadow and work closely with departmental leadership to transition into the Head of Physics role.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Physics + B.Ed. or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience (KS3 & IGCSE Physics) in an international school setting.
- Leadership Potential: Demonstrated drive, capacity, and readiness to step into a Head of Department role.
- Key Skills: Strong subject matter expertise, excellent classroom management, and effective collaboration skills.
