Job Position:
Diploma/ITI/Technical Certification in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, Facilities Management, or a related technical field.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management, MEP maintenance, building operations, or technical services.
Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and preventive maintenance activities.
Requirements:
Ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs on MEP systems and equipment.
Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of commercial or residential buildings.
Familiarity with health, safety, and facility maintenance standards.
UAE/GCC experience preferred.
Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred.
