Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 3–4 years (UAE experience preferred)
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Work Experience: 8–10 years of relevant experience in operations and maintenance, energy services, facilities management, renewable energy and building systems, including at least 3–5 years of experience leading technical team. UAE experience is preferred.

Monthly Salary Package: AED 21,000–25,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

Nationality: Open to all nationalities, priority shall be given to qualified UAE nationals.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• O&M planning and execution
• Work verification and quality control
• KPI implementation and performance monitoring
• Complaint handling and resolution
• Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) schedule compliance
• Solar PV system operations and maintenance
• MEP and building services management (HVAC, BMS and lighting)
• Energy efficiency and performance optimization
• Team supervision and contractor management
• SLA compliance and operational reporting
• Health, Safety and Regulatory compliance
• Cost control and continuous improvement
• Client and stakeholder coordination
• Budget and resource management
