تبحث QatarEnergy عن مهندس عمليات لدعم عمليات حركة النفط والخزانات في مسيعيد، قطر. تشمل المهام دعم سلامة العمليات ومراقبة الجودة ومنع الفاقد ومعالجة المشكلات التشغيلية لضمان التخزين والتصدير بكفاءة وموثوقية. ويتولى الدور تنسيق مشاريع تطوير المرافق وتعديلها وإضافة أنظمة جديدة حتى التشغيل والتسليم. يشترط الحصول على بكالوريوس في الهندسة الكيميائية أو ما يعادله، وخبرة من 10 إلى 12 سنة في تصميم العمليات أو المصانع، منها 6 سنوات على الأقل في الإشراف أو الخدمات الهندسية والفنية، مع خبرة في أدوات محاكاة العمليات مثل Provision وHYSYS وPro-II.

Primary Purpose of the Job
- Provides technical support services to Oil Movement and Tank Farm Operations encompass of Process Safety, Quality Control, Loss Prevention and lead in process trouble shooting to ensure safe, efficient and reliable storage and timely export / oil movement operation of Crude oil, Naphtha and Condensate through proper and effective utilization of existing facilities.
- Coordinates the implementation of projects relating to upgrade, modifications or new system in Oil Movement & Tank Farm facilities, interfaces with Engineering / consultants / contractors and relevant QP departments during all projects phases from RFES, ECS, SOR, PIN, FEED, EPIC up to commissioning and handover of projects.
Required Experience and Skills
- 10-12 years experience in plants and process design in Refinery or Oil processing plants including a minimum of 6 years in a Senior Supervisory position/engineering/technical services capacity.
- In depth experience in the use of computer simulation packages such Provision, Hysys & Pro-Il, and other engineering design packages together with spreadsheets such as Excel.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Chemical engineering or equivalent plus formal training in process simulation/ computer operations and member of chartered membership of professional Institute is preferred. High degree of fluency in both written and oral English.
