Training Objective:

To provide the intern with hands-on experience in manufacturing and production operations, enabling them to gain practical knowledge in an industrial environment while supporting daily production activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring daily production activities according to approved plans.

• Support the manufacturing team in implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Participate in quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.

• Help prepare production-related reports such as output, efficiency, and waste.

• Follow and comply with health, safety, and workplace regulations.

• Coordinate with related departments such as Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse when required.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the training supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Strong interest in manufacturing and production operations.

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
