تعلن Kuwait Technical College عن شاغر أستاذ تقنية نظم المعلومات لتدريس مقررات المرحلة الجامعية والإشراف على الطلبة وتوجيههم، والمشاركة في أنشطة القسم والكلية. تشمل المهام تطوير برنامج بحثي مستقل يستقطب تمويلاً خارجياً وينتج أبحاثاً منشورة، إلى جانب خدمة القسم والكلية والمجتمع. يشترط الحصول على درجتي البكالوريوس والدكتوراه في علوم الحاسب أو الأمن السيبراني أو هندسة الحاسب أو هندسة البرمجيات من جامعات معتمدة، على أن تكونا بنظام الدراسة الحضورية التقليدية. كما يشترط سجل متميز في تدريس المرحلة الجامعية ومنشورات قوية في دوريات دولية محكّمة وموثوقة؛ ولا تُقبل الأبحاث المستخرجة من الرسائل الجامعية أو المنشورة في دوريات مفترسة.

Brief Description of Duties
- Teach undergraduate courses.
- Supervise and mentor students.
- Participate in departmental committees and various college activities
- Develop an independent research program that attracts external funding and leads to publication.
- Provide service to the department, college and the community.
General Eligibility Requirements
- Education: Must hold a bachelor’s degree and a PhD, both specifically in (Computer Science/ Cybersecurity /Computer Engineering /Software Engineering)
- Format: All degrees must be from accredited universities and obtained through traditional, on-campus, residential formats.
- Research: Must have a strong record of publications in reputable international journals
- Teaching: Must have distinguished teaching experience at the undergraduate level.
- Note: Research papers must be published in referred international journals and cannot be extracted from the applicant's own MS or PhD thesis. Papers from predatory journals are strictly rejected.
