Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
To provide overall strategic and operational leadership across multiple large-scale civil construction projects, ensuring successful delivery and business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Provide strategic direction and oversight across multiple concurrent civil projects.
● Own overall project P&L, ensuring profitability and financial performance.
● Build and maintain senior-level relationships with clients, consultants and authorities.
● Lead and mentor project managers and senior project teams.
● Drive business development opportunities in coordination with senior management.
● Ensure company-wide compliance with quality, safety and contractual standards.
● Report project and portfolio performance to executive management and ownership.
REQUIREMENTS
● 20–25+ years UAE/GCC experience in civil contracting, including senior leadership roles.
● Proven track record directing large-scale, high-rise or mixed-use developments.
● Strong strategic, financial and commercial management capability.
● Excellent stakeholder management skills at executive/client level.
● Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s degree or PMP preferred.
