| Project Planning and Execution: Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables; developing project plans, schedules, and budgets; coordinating resources and allocating tasks; monitoring project progress and ensuring milestones are met. Motivating and managing project teams, providing guidance and support, fostering collaboration, and ensuring team members have the resources they need. Stakeholder Management: Establishing and maintaining clear communication with clients, team members, and senior leadership; providing regular project status updates and managing expectations. Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation plans; monitoring and addressing issues as they arise. Quality Management: Setting and maintaining quality standards for project deliverables; conducting regular quality checks to ensure compliance. Resource Management: Allocating and managing project resources, including personnel, equipment, and budgets. Project Closure: Ensuring a smooth project closure process, including client acceptance, documentation, and knowledge transfer. Strategic Oversight: Aligning projects with organizational goals, contributing to strategic planning, and driving continuous improvement. | Prioritization, scheduling, documentation, risk management, and problem-solving. Ability to build relationships, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and facilitate meetings. Ability to motivate and manage teams, provide guidance and support, and foster collaboration. Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), relevant industry standards, and tools. Proven experience in leading and delivering complex projects, managing cross-functional teams, and working with stakeholders at various levels. Adaptability and problem-solving: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and scope, and to find effective solutions to project-related issues. | Min. Bachelor's degree in engineering / telecommunications or program management (preferred) 10+ years of work experience related to project / programme management Experience within telecommunications or technology projects execution is a plus Fluency in English (required) Relevant experience working in Saudi Arabia or Middle East Exposure to international business and international projects
