Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Data Center to manage the
execution, coordination, testing,commissioning, and handover of Data Center
projects. The candidate should have strong experience inMEP systems,
particularly electrical and mechanical

systems, with a good understanding of civil and architectural works.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Data Center projects from construction through testing,

commissioning, and handover.

• Plan and monitor project schedule,manpower, resources, and progress.
• Coordinate with clients,consultants, contractors, subcontractors,

vendors, and operations teams.

• Manage MEP installation and ensure works are completed as per

approved drawings and specifications.

• Monitor project quality, safety, cost, and schedule.
• Identify project risks and coordinate timely solutions.
• Lead project, technical, and coordination meetings.
• Manage testing, commissioning, and Integrated Systems Testing (IST).
• Coordinate with OEMs and commissioning teams.
• Support Uptime / Tier certification activities.
• Coordinate MEP works with civil, structural, and architectural

activities.

Technical Knowledge

Electrical Systems

• MV/LV systems and switchgear
• UPS and battery systems
• ATS/STS / PDU, RPP and busway/busbar
• Generators
• Earthing and lightning protection
• BMS / EPMS
• Critical power systems and N+1 / 2N redundancy

Mechanical Systems

• Chillers and chilled-water systems
• CRAH / CRAC and In-Row cooling
• Pumps and cooling towers
• AHU and ventilation systems
• Fire-fighting and fire suppression
• BMS and mechanical controls

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is mandatory.
• 7–10 years of overall MEP project experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Data Center / Mission Critical experience.
• Knowledge of Tier III / Tier IV Data Centers
• Experience managing MEP contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Experience in testing, commisioning, IST, and project handover.
• Good knowledge of MS Project / Primavera P6.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage fast-track projects and tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Uptime, NFPA, ASHRAE and IEC standards is an advantage.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Immediate availability is preferred
