Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead one of our distinctive homegrown brands, delivering exceptional dining experiences while driving operational excellence and business performance.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for food and beverage, a strong commitment to guest satisfaction, and the ability to inspire, develop, and lead high-performing teams.

The role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability, and quality standards while ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the restaurant. Key priorities include maintaining high standards of food quality and service, optimizing operational performance, enhancing the guest experience, and fostering a positive team culture that supports employee development and business success.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations including bar, service, hosting, and opening/closing procedures while supervising overall floor activities.

• Ensure food quality, presentation, preparation methods, and service standards are consistently maintained to achieve high guest satisfaction.

• Maintain proper hygiene, sanitation, safety standards, and compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Manage guest experience by handling feedback and complaints, supporting promotions and special events, and ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued.

• Lead and manage the team by recruiting, training, supervising, coaching, disciplining staff, and ensuring adequate staffing levels.

• Maintain outlet profitability through payroll management, inventory control, stock monitoring, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.

• Prepare daily and monthly reports, manage POS systems, maintain documentation, and effectively use business software.

• Coordinate with the Head Chef, Marketing, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Strong financial management skills and commercial acumen to build and drive business and revenue strategies.
• A minimum of 5 years of full-service, fine or casual dining restaurant management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of the F&B industry, regional best practices and management techniques.
• Relevant restaurant and/or hospitality management educational qualifications.
• Experience within homegrown brands will be highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic.
• A proven track record of meeting set targets.
• A-grade customer orientation & service skills.
• Strong leadership and people development, coaching & mentoring skills.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
