Role : Retail Supervisor / Customer-Facing Manager– Premium Butchery

📍 Locations: Oman & Dubai, UAE

We are looking for dynamic, customer-focused professionals to manage daily operations at our premium meat retail stores and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure a premium buying experience for customers.

• Manage daily store operations and customer service on the shop floor.

• Supervise store staff and maintain shift discipline and efficiency.

• Maintain hygiene, product display standards and retail compliance.

• Support billing, stock coordination and inventory control.

• Ensure smooth store operations during peak hours.

Requirements:

• Previous retail experience preferred; supervisory experience is an advantage.

• Strong customer service and team management skills.

• Ability to independently manage store operations.

• Hands-on and actively involved in shop-floor activities.

Working Structure:

• Candidates currently based in Oman or the UAE are encouraged to apply

• 12-hour shifts (overtime applicable).

• 6 working days per week with 1 rotational weekly off.
