We are looking for dynamic, customer-focused professionals to manage daily operations at our premium meat retail stores and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure a premium buying experience for customers.
Manage daily store operations and customer service on the shop floor.
Supervise store staff and maintain shift discipline and efficiency.
Maintain hygiene, product display standards and retail compliance.
Support billing, stock coordination and inventory control.
Ensure smooth store operations during peak hours.
Requirements:
Previous retail experience preferred; supervisory experience is an advantage.
Strong customer service and team management skills.
Ability to independently manage store operations.
Hands-on and actively involved in shop-floor activities.
Working Structure:
Candidates currently based in Oman or the UAE are encouraged to apply
