Responsibilities

• Responsible for the preparation of all shop drawing submittals as per contract requirements, IFC/ID drawings
• Coordination with construction site, Subcontractor, consultant & client.
• Produce conceptual design, architectural and interior design when its required.
• Engage in material selection for the project and coordinate with the team.
• Engage in meetings with all subcontractor, contractor, consultant & Clients
• Solve problems by thinking laterally and understanding the needs and requirements of stakeholders to provide planning and design solutions in a changing environment.
• Having experience in preparing the DM submissions.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills, be a team player and capacity to take the lead in the project
• Revit, CAD drawings and 2D imagery applications such as Photoshop.
• Record all the drawings distribution in drawing control register.
• To carry out the main drawing based on the specification by the Manager Projects.
