Responsibilities
- Responsible for the preparation of all shop drawing submittals as per contract requirements, IFC/ID drawings
- Coordination with construction site, Subcontractor, consultant & client.
- Produce conceptual design, architectural and interior design when its required.
- Engage in material selection for the project and coordinate with the team.
- Engage in meetings with all subcontractor, contractor, consultant & Clients
- Solve problems by thinking laterally and understanding the needs and requirements of stakeholders to provide planning and design solutions in a changing environment.
- Having experience in preparing the DM submissions.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills, be a team player and capacity to take the lead in the project
- Revit, CAD drawings and 2D imagery applications such as Photoshop.
- Record all the drawings distribution in drawing control register.
- To carry out the main drawing based on the specification by the Manager Projects.
