تعلن QatarEnergy عن وظيفة مشرف حفر أول للعمل ممثلاً للشركة على منصة حفر بحرية ذاتية الرفع في قطر. يتولى شاغل الوظيفة الإشراف على عمليات المنصة وضمان تنفيذها بأمان وكفاءة بما يتوافق مع الأهداف التشغيلية. يشترط خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة في عمليات الحفر، منها 5 سنوات على الأقل بصفة مشرف حفر بحري، وشهادة بكالوريوس في تخصص هندسي أو ما يعادلها، وشهادة IWCF بمستوى مشرف. وتُفضّل الخبرة في عمليات صيانة الآبار للآبار الغازية والأفقية.

Primary Purpose of the Job
To act as the QatarEnergy Company representative on the offshore jack-up drilling rig, with full responsibility for overseeing all rig operations, ensuring they are conducted safely, efficiently, and in alignment with operational objectives.
Required Experience and Skills
Minimum of 15 years’ experience in drilling operations, including at least 5 years serving as an Offshore Drilling Supervisor.
Experience in workover operations for gas and horizontal wells is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to make sound operational decisions through systematic analysis and strong attention to detail.
Educational Qualifications
- B.Sc degree In an Engineering discipline or equivalent.
- IWCF Certified at Supervisor level
- B.Sc degree In an Engineering discipline or equivalent.
- IWCF Certified at Supervisor level
