• At least 5 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting, commissioning and servicing VRF systems.
• At least 3–4 years of total experience servicing air conditioning systems.
• You can go to a job site alone, handle the problem, and make the right decisions without needing constant supervision.
• Comfortable using laptops, tablets, or smartphones to run diagnostic software and fill out reports.
• You follow standard safety rules on-site to keep yourself and others safe.
• Troubleshoot and figure out exactly why a system is failing or underperforming.
• Look at schematic wiring diagrams to easily track down and fix electrical issues.
• Plug in your laptop/tablet and use manufacturer's software to check system data and parameters.
• Explain to the client what the issue is and how you plan to fix it in simple terms.
• Fill out service reports after finishing a job so we have a record of what was fixed.

Responsibilities

• Carry out replacement of Spare Parts
• Responsible for Commissioning & Trouble shooting of Air conditioning units
• Conduct Brazing, pressure testing and vacuumizing of refrigeration system
• Responsible for installation of thermostats & Equipment selection
