Platform Management: Overseeing the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it aligns with business needs and strategic goals. This includes managing development, upgrades, and integrations. Providing technical guidance and mentorship to other developers, fostering a collaborative environment, and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Solution Design & Development: Designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, including custom features, workflows, and integrations. Possessing strong technical skills in ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript), platform architecture, and integrations. Project Management: Participating in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Integration Management: Overseeing the integration of ServiceNow with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality. Quality Assurance: Conducting code and design reviews, ensuring high-quality solutions and adherence to best practices. Problem Solving: Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform, providing timely solutions.
