Platform Management: Overseeing the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it aligns with business needs and strategic goals. This includes managing development, upgrades, and integrations. Problem Solving: Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform, providing timely solutions. Experience in managing projects and participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
