We are looking for a talented UAE National Test Engineer to join our Technology team and play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our digital platforms and customer-facing applications. The role focuses on delivering high-quality technology solutions through robust testing, automation, and continuous improvement practices. What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for banking applications and platforms.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, user acceptance, and performance testing to ensure high-quality releases.
- Identify, document, track, and support the resolution of software defects in collaboration with development teams.
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to improve quality, efficiency, and release velocity.
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and project teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, quality assurance standards, and testing best practices.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and ensure solutions meet customer and business expectations.
What We're Looking For:
- UAE National (Family Book required).
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Experience in software testing, quality assurance, or technology delivery environments.
- Knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies, defect management, and software development lifecycle practices.
- Familiarity with test automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery frameworks is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
