Role Overview

As a driven UX/UI Designer, you will collaborate with a dynamic product and development team to craft intuitive digital experiences that delight our users. As part of our team in Abu Dhabi, you'll work in an ONSITE environment that values innovation and forward-thinking design. Your expertise in user interface and user experience will be pivotal as you leverage AI tools, such as Claude, to design compelling interfaces and engaging chatbots that enhance our customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences and interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Use AI design tools, including Claude, to optimize and streamline the design process
• Create intuitive chatbot interfaces that drive user engagement and satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders to gather and incorporate feedback
• Produce prototypes, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to iterate on designs
• Stay current with design trends and emerging technology, particularly in the AI space

Must have requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer working on digital products
• Demonstrable ability to design user experiences and interfaces, especially for chatbots
• Experience designing with AI-powered tools such as Claude
• Strong technical aptitude and tech-savvy problem solver
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Portfolio showcasing relevant UX/UI projects including chatbot designs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have requirements

• Experience in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Background working in fast-paced tech environments or start-ups
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design
• Experience with additional AI design platforms besides Claude
• Fluency in Arabic
