Role Overview
As a driven UX/UI Designer, you will collaborate with a dynamic product and development team to craft intuitive digital experiences that delight our users. Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences and interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Use AI design tools, including Claude, to optimize and streamline the design process
- Create intuitive chatbot interfaces that drive user engagement and satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders to gather and incorporate feedback
- Produce prototypes, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to iterate on designs
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technology, particularly in the AI space
Must have requirements
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer working on digital products
- Demonstrable ability to design user experiences and interfaces, especially for chatbots
- Experience designing with AI-powered tools such as Claude
- Strong technical aptitude and tech-savvy problem solver
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Portfolio showcasing relevant UX/UI projects including chatbot designs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to have requirements
- Experience in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Background working in fast-paced tech environments or start-ups
