تطلب QatarEnergy مشرفاً لخدمات الآبار في مجال الإكمال للعمل في المواقع البحرية في قطر. تشمل المهام تصميم مجموعات الإكمال الفرعية والإشراف على تركيبها، بما في ذلك استرجاع تجهيزات الإكمال المزودة بمضخات ESP خلال عمليات صيانة الآبار في مواقع الحفر. يشترط توفر خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في عمليات الإكمال وتركيب رؤوس الآبار، منها 5 سنوات في العمليات البحرية على منصات الحفر ذاتية الرفع، وتُعد خبرة تركيب مضخات ESP مرغوبة بشدة. كما يشترط اعتماد IWCF Level 4؛ وتُفضّل شهادة بكالوريوس في هندسة البترول أو تخصص ذي صلة، مع إمكانية الاستغناء عنها عند توفر خبرة عملية واسعة ومرتبطة مباشرة بالعمل.

Primary Purpose of the Job
Responsible for the detailed design of completions sub-assemblies based on the well design and programs. Oversees the execution of the completion installation, and in retrieving ESP completions during workovers at the rig site.
Required Experience and Skills
Minimum of 10 years experienced in completion operations and wellhead installations, including 5-year experience in offshore operations (jack up rigs).
Experience in ESP installation is highly desirable.
Educational Qualifications
BSc. in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline is desired but can be waived if extensive directly relative experience is offered.
Candidate should also have relevant technical courses in completion design, drilling operations, wellhead design and well control, IWCF Level 4 required.
