Job Description

Summary:

BK Gulf is looking for an experienced Workforce Coordinator to support workforce administration and site manpower coordination across our construction projects. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong knowledge of labour management processes within the construction industry.
Job Responsibility:

1. Coordinate labour allocation and mobilization across project sites
2. Maintain accurate employee records and workforce documentation
3. Monitor attendance, leave records, and labour reports
4. Liaise with project teams to ensure manpower requirements are met
5. Support compliance with company policies and UAE labour regulations
6. Assist in onboarding, transfers, and workforce administration activities

Candidate Requirements:

• UAE/MOFA attested Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
• Proven experience in labor relations or a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
