The CV stopped working. We built a hiring platform that runs on things that can be checked.
The CV collapsed
Candidates now use AI to write flawless CVs. Employers use AI to filter them. Every application looks the same.
A single job post in the Gulf can draw hundreds or thousands of applications, many from people outside the country or on the wrong visa. Recruiters filter on keywords or give up. Candidates apply to hundreds of jobs and never hear back.
Both sides have stopped trusting the process.
So we replaced it
The fix isn't a better CV or a better filter. It's evidence: a job that comes from the employer's own site, an identity that has been checked, and skills shown in a real task.
