How it works

Real jobs, a fair process, and an answer every time.

GulfHire works differently from a job board. Here is what happens from the moment a job is listed to the moment you hear back.

Listings

Every job is checked

  • From the employer's own site

We list jobs from employers' own careers sites, never copied from other job boards. Each one links to the original posting.

  • A short summary, then the posting itself

Our system writes a short summary of each listed job in English and Arabic, and says so. Below it is the employer's posting as they wrote it, pulled from their site.

  • Posting costs money

Employers who post directly pay $90 per job. Nothing is free to post, which keeps fake listings out.

  • Scam checks on every post

Posts that ask for fees, use a personal email or promise a guaranteed visa are held for review. You can report any job in one click.

Radar

Your Radar, free forever

Upload your CV, save your LinkedIn profile, or write a few lines about yourself, then tell Radar the cities you want, your salary floor, your visa status and your notice period. It reads every new job and keeps the ones that fit on your Radar, each with the reasons it matched.

  • Your matches newest first, with filters, saving and a tracker
  • One weekly brief with the matches you missed, nothing more
  • Free for every candidate, with no paid tier

Applying

Applying takes effort, on purpose

On jobs that use Screen, you apply by doing: a short task from the role, when there is one. If you're shortlisted, we invite you to a structured interview in Arabic or English; it's optional. You see the exact time before you start.

  • A task from the role

15 to 25 minutes, timed. An accountant reconciles a messy ledger; a salesperson answers a real objection.

  • An interview, if you're shortlisted

6 to 8 questions in Arabic or English, with follow-ups, offered to the candidates our system shortlists. Optional, and written for now.

  • A ranked shortlist

The employer sees each applicant's rank, scores and the evidence behind them.

  • Why we do it this way

When applying costs nothing, people apply to hundreds of jobs and employers stop reading. A little effort means your application is read, and judged on what you can do rather than on how your CV is worded.

Answers

A real reason, every time

If you're not chosen, you get a specific reason: where you ranked, what was strongest and what to work on. The employer can edit the wording, but they always send it.

Example

A real reason, every time

You ranked 14th of 38 on the task. Your reconciliation was accurate but slow. Your interview answers were strong.

Drafted from the scores, edited by the employer, always sent.

Proof

Proof that travels with you

Your Proof Profile keeps what you've shown: a verified identity if you choose to confirm your phone and share your ID (optional, and you can cover your photo), and a Proven badge for each Screen you complete. No selfie, no third-party checks.

Privacy

You decide who sees you

  • There is no CV database. Employers can't search or browse candidates.
  • When you match a job an employer paid for, they see a masked card: initials, headline, city and badges.
  • Your full profile is shared only with employers you apply to.
  • You can withdraw an application, and ask us to delete your data.
