Posts in a pack are credits on your employer account, valid 12 months, used oldest first. A post is used when you publish a job; pausing or closing the job doesn't return it.

Everything that comes with a post
How long a job stays live
30 days from the moment it's published. Posting it again after that is a new post.
Your company page and workspace
Any paid post opens your company page at yourcompany.gulfhire.com, your onboarding pipeline and your workspace, for 3 months from your latest post. Keep posting at least one job every 3 months and they stay on; if you stop, we remind you before anything rests, and nothing is deleted.
Receipts and invoices
Sent to your email straight away, and kept in your billing page if you have an account.
Paying
By card, on our payment provider's secure page. We never see or store your card number.
Posting without an account
Only your email is needed. Create an account later with the same email and the job moves into it.
Tax
Prices are in US dollars and no sales tax or VAT is added today; receipts say so. If your business must account for tax on services bought from abroad (reverse charge), that stays on your side.
Refunds
A post we can't publish is refunded in full automatically, and so is one you cancel before it goes live. Once a job is live the post is used. Unused pack posts and an unused company-page post are refundable within 14 days. Read the refund policy, or write to [email protected].

Is there a discount for posting many jobs?
Yes, packs: 3 posts for $240, 5 for $375, 10 for $690. Each post is the same $90 job with everything included, and the credits are valid for 12 months.
What does "everything included" mean?
Every feature GulfHire has for employers comes with every post: tracking, Screen, Radar, invitations, the embed for your careers page, your company page, onboarding and workspace. There is nothing to upgrade to.
Do I pay more to use Screen or Radar?
No. They're part of the $90 when applicants apply on GulfHire.
What keeps the company page open?
Posting. One job every 3 months keeps your company page, workspace and pipeline open. If your team is still using the workspace after you've stopped posting, we offer a $90 renewal for 90 days instead.
Do candidates pay anything?
Never. Searching, applying and Radar are free for candidates, forever.
