How we keep GulfHire honest
Every job is real and every candidate is proven only if the rules behind them are strict and public. These are ours.
Sources
Jobs only from employers' own sites
- We list jobs from employers' own careers sites, one source at a time. We never take listings from job boards or other aggregators.
- We keep the company name and a link to the original posting on every listing.
- We respect each site's rules for automated access and check gently.
- We check every listing against its source every day, and remove it within 24 hours of it disappearing there.
Employers
Every post is paid, and every post is checked
- No free posting, ever. Each job costs $90, which keeps throwaway listings out.
- No documents at sign-up. We look at the signals that matter: a real website, a successful payment, a normal job description and a normal pace of posting.
- Our rules and an automated review flag anything unusual. A person decides, and we may ask for a commercial registration before the job goes live.
Candidates
Identity checked in-house, and optional
- Candidates confirm their phone number with a code. An ID document is optional, and they can cover their photo before it leaves their device.
- Our system and our own team review each document. We don't use a third-party verification service, and we don't ask for selfies.
- Only candidates who pass get the Verified identity badge. Employers never see the document.

What we hold for review
A post that matches any of these is held until a person has looked at it:
- 01Asking candidates to pay: visa, training, medical or "processing" fees
- 02Applications sent to a personal email address
- 03Promises of a guaranteed visa
- 04WhatsApp as the only way to apply or get in touch
- 05Pressure tactics: "limited seats", "no experience needed, start today"
- 06A salary far outside the normal range for the role
GulfHire never asks candidates for money. If anyone does in our name, report it.

Reports and removals
Report a job
Every job page has "Report this job". Our team reviews each report and removes listings that break these rules.
Removal within 24 hours
An employer can ask us to remove a listing, or to stop listing their site altogether. We act within 24 hours. Write to [email protected].
Your data
Where your data lives, and who sees it
Our servers are in Frankfurt, Germany. Identity documents and CVs are encrypted when stored, and we open them only to do the job you asked for.
