Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor 3D pouching machines in the flexible packaging production line.
- Ensure proper machine setup, alignment, and smooth production process.
- Maintain production quality as per customer specifications and company standards.
- Perform routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting during production.
- Monitor pouch sealing, cutting, zipper fitting, and finishing quality.
- Minimize machine downtime and material wastage.
- Maintain daily production records and machine reports.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience as a Pouching Operator in the flexible packaging industry.
- Knowledge of 3D pouch making machines and related processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- ITI / Diploma qualification preferred.
