As a customer-facing professional, you will be responsible for handling transactions, assisting customers with their service needs, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with organizational standards.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately, including
• Deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and check cashing.
• Issuing cashier’s checks and handling currency exchanges.
• Open and close customer accounts while ensuring compliance with bank policies.
• Assist customers by identifying their needs and providing relevant product and service information.
• Direct customers to appropriate branch representatives for specialized assistance.
• Reconcile cash drawers at the end of the shift, count and package coins and currency, and manage excess or damaged cash.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and special customer requests.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and providing solutions promptly and professionally.

  What We’re Looking For

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience in cash handling or customer service is an advantage.
• Basic math and computer proficiency.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
