Call Center Representative

We are looking for a Call Center Representative to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions professionally, responding to inquiries, and providing effective support while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, and procedures.
• Understand customer needs, resolve basic issues, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to the relevant team or supervisor.
• Accurately record customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Follow company policies, call handling procedures, and customer service quality standards.
• Participate in training and continuously develop customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Required Technologies & Tools

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Comfortable using computers, email, and online communication platforms.

Languages & Proficiency

• Excellent English proficiency.
