Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze tender drawings, IFC drawings, and technical specifications to fully understand project scope and requirements
• Prepare detailed, accurate, and competitive cost estimates for civil infrastructure projects in line with EPC standards
• Perform quantity take-offs (QTO) and develop comprehensive BOQs with high accuracy and commercial clarity
• Develop detailed rate analysis for earthworks, excavation, pipeline works, roadworks, and associated civil activities
• Evaluate and technically/commercially analyze supplier and subcontractor quotations for best-value selection
• Identify scope gaps, design inconsistencies, risks, and commercial exposures in tender documents
• Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and summaries to support bid/no-bid and tender strategy decisions
• Coordinate closely with procurement, planning, engineering, and site teams to ensure accurate and realistic cost inputs
• Support preparation of high-quality, competitive, and award-winning EPC-level tender submissions
• Track and analyze market rates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontract services for cost optimization
• Assist in post-tender clarifications, value engineering proposals, and commercial negotiations with clients
• Maintain and continuously improve cost databases for benchmarking, accuracy, and future project optimization

Basic Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in civil infrastructure estimation
• UAE experience preferred
