Civil Project Engineer
Location: Dubai
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Project Engineer with proven experience in UAE villa and high-rise building projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing site execution, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, project schedule, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Handle material submittals, method statements, and technical submissions.
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and approvals (e.g., municipality, DEWA).
- Manage site resources including manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and site challenges proactively.
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies and procedures on site.
- Support project planning, cost control, and variation claims.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 4-5 years of GCC experience.
- Proven experience in villa and high-rise building projects is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local regulations.
- Experience in handling consultants and authority approvals.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- UAE Driving License.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
