Job Description

We are looking for a professional Housekeeping Shift Leader who will be responsible to supervise and ensure everything runs smoothly during their shift.

Main Responsibilities includes:

• Briefing cleaning tasks & issuance of assignment to Housekeeping staffs
• Managing documentation process
• Building strong relationships with staff & tenants
• Implementing and executing Quality Procedures
• Managing the cleaning schedule of property
• Managing performance level of property, housekeeping staffs and Outsourced Housekeeping Contractors
• Managing inter-departmental relationships with reception, maintenance department.

Skills Description

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Hospitality Industr
• Formal Training & Certification of Hospitality Service / Customer Care
• Diligence and integrity
• Interpersonal skills
• Organization skills
• Computer literacy
• Client centric
