Responsibilities

• Develop creative interior design concepts, mood boards, material palettes and design presentations.

• Create high-quality 3D models, renders and photorealistic interior visualizations.

• Translate design concepts, sketches and architectural drawings into detailed 3D environments.

• Develop interior concepts for residential units, lobbies, amenities, common areas and other project spaces.

• Produce realistic visualization of materials, lighting, furniture, textures and finishes.

• Coordinate with Interior Design, Architecture, MEP and project teams to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.

• Prepare and develop space planning, layouts and design presentations.

• Incorporate design revisions and stakeholder feedback into drawings and 3D visualizations.

• Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, visualization techniques and AI-based design tools.

• Ensure designs and visualizations meet the required quality, aesthetic and project standards.

• Any other task that may be assigned to you in line with your portfolio.
