Responsibilities
Develop creative interior design concepts, mood boards, material palettes and design presentations.
Create high-quality 3D models, renders and photorealistic interior visualizations.
Translate design concepts, sketches and architectural drawings into detailed 3D environments.
Develop interior concepts for residential units, lobbies, amenities, common areas and other project spaces.
Produce realistic visualization of materials, lighting, furniture, textures and finishes.
Coordinate with Interior Design, Architecture, MEP and project teams to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.
Prepare and develop space planning, layouts and design presentations.
Incorporate design revisions and stakeholder feedback into drawings and 3D visualizations.
Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, visualization techniques and AI-based design tools.
Ensure designs and visualizations meet the required quality, aesthetic and project standards.
Any other task that may be assigned to you in line with your portfolio.
