Candidate Profile
Responsibilities
1. Being appointed as a Lecturer at the university.
2. Being sent on a full scholarship to pursue a PhD in Digital Education at a prestigious university in Europe or the USA.
3. Completing the PhD program within the specified timeframe as per university regulations.
4. Upon return, teaching courses in Digital Education, Digital Education theories, and educational technology.
5. Participate in the development of digital courses and design interactive learning activities, in coordination with the Curriculum Development Committee at the College.
Participating in academic research and faculty service after completing the degree.
Qualification
1. Master's degree in Digital Education Design, Educational Technology, or a closely related field from an accredited university.
2. Excellent academic record (minimum GPA 3.5/4 or equivalent).
3. High proficiency in English (TOEFL iBT 90+ or IELTS 6.5+).
4. Strong research potential and a clear motivation for pursuing a PhD in Digital Education.
5. Ability to obtain admission from a top-ranked university in Europe or the USA (support provided).
