Candidate Profile
Responsibilities
1. Being appointed as a Lecturer at the university.
2. Being sent on a full scholarship to pursue a PhD in Instructional Design at a prestigious university in Europe or the USA.
3. Completing the PhD program within the specified timeframe as per university regulations.
4. Upon return, teaching courses in instructional design, learning theories, and educational technology.
5. Contributing to curriculum development and the design of digital learning materials.
6. Participating in academic research and faculty service after completing the degree.
Qualification
1. Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a closely related field from an accredited university.
2. Excellent academic record (minimum GPA 3.5/4 or equivalent).
3. High proficiency in English (TOEFL iBT 90+ or IELTS 6.5+).
4. Strong research potential and a clear motivation for pursuing a PhD in Instructional Design.
5. Ability to obtain admission from a top-ranked university in Europe or the USA (support provided).
6. Commitment to return and work at the university after graduation.
