Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pipe Finishing Supervisor to oversee the pipe finishing processes within our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure that all operations are conducted efficiently and safely while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the pipe finishing team.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

- Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows as necessary.

- Conduct quality control inspections and implement corrective actions.

- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.

- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes.

- Maintain accurate records and reports on production metrics.

Required Qualifications:

- 5-10 years of experience in pipe finishing or a related field.

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience with quality assurance processes.

- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.

Skills and Competencies:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in using production management software.

Education and Certifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s degree in a related field is preferred.
