Job Purpose

To deliver strategic insights and guidance that drive growth, enhance performance, and support long-term goals through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term strategies aligned with organizational goals and market dynamics.
• Business Analysis: Analyze internal performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks in strategic plans and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Performance Tracking: Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate the success of strategic initiatives.
• Reporting: Prepare strategic reports and presentations for senior executives and stakeholders.
• Project Leadership: Lead or support strategic projects from planning through execution and evaluation.
• Commitment to administrative guidance: Adherence to management instruction related to business needs.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business Administration or Economics)

Experience

• Minimum two years of experience in retail operations or coordination role.

• Fluency in Arabic and English.
