Job summary :
Support the implementation and use of Artificial Intelligence solutions across the organization to improve business processes, efficiency, productivity, and decision-making. The role identifies AI opportunities, evaluates and supports AI tools, assists with automation and AI projects, tests and monitors solutions, and provides support to business users while following organizational policies, security, privacy, and governance requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
AI Solutions & Applications
Identify opportunities where AI can improve business processes and operations.
Support the implementation, testing, and improvement of AI solutions and applications.
Evaluate AI tools and recommend suitable solutions based on business needs.
Monitor AI outputs to ensure accuracy, quality, and relevance.
AI Automation & Process Improvement
Identify repetitive processes that can benefit from AI and automation.
Support the development and implementation of AI-enabled workflows.
Assist departments in improving processes through appropriate AI solutions.
Monitor implemented solutions and recommend improvements.
AI Research & Support
Research emerging AI technologies, tools, and applications.
Support AI pilots, testing, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
Provide guidance to employees on approved AI tools and their appropriate use.
Prepare basic documentation, guides, and reports related to AI solutions.
Governance & Compliance
Follow AI governance, information security, and data privacy requirements.
Support responsible and ethical use of AI.
Identify and report potential risks or issues related to AI solutions.
Maintain documentation related to AI use cases, testing, and implementation.
Requirements
A. Educational Background & Certifications
Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
Relevant certifications or training in AI, automation, data analytics, or emerging technologies are preferred.
B. Experience
2–4 years of relevant experience in AI, IT, automation, data analytics, or a related field.
Practical experience using AI tools, Generative AI, or automation technologies.
Experience supporting technology or AI projects is preferred.
Experience working with business and technical teams is an advantage.
